“SDAIA” and Nahdi Medical Company ink strategic agreement to support community initiatives within the healthcare sector

Nahdi Medical Company (NMC), Saudi Arabia’s largest pharmacy retail chain and leading healthcare provider, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with The Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence (SDAIA) in an aim to promote a culture of giving by supporting charitable and sustainable development initiatives. The signing ceremony which took place at the SDAIA headquarters in Riyadh, witnessed the presence of Mr. Abdulaziz Bin Ahmed Al Hammadi – CEO of the National Platform for Charitable Work (Ehsan) and Eng. Yasser Joharji – CEO of Nahdi Medical Company.
This partnership emphasizes the Kingdom’s pioneering role in promoting and encouraging a culture of development and inclusion amongst individuals and institutions of the society. It also sets a clear cooperative framework for the planned activities between both entities in several areas, especially those that are focused on generating awareness, developing media campaigns, and humanitarian initiatives. Additionally, Nahdi Medical Company will work to provide a robust support program for the users of the Ehsan platform by leveraging the company’s loyalty program titled ‘Nuhdeek’.
Commenting on the latest partnership, Mr. Abdulaziz Bin Ahmed Al Hammadi – CEO of Ehsan the National Platform for Charitable Work said: “In support of the ever-growing healthcare sector, this partnership is an extension of the contributions made by the national platform for charitable work “Ehsan” in activating community participation by supporting projects and programs of the third sector, while facilitating secure e-payments and donation operations.”
